I highly recommend using monk fruit powder as a sweetener. To sweeten these seven low carb / keto desserts with monk fruit, just replace the stevia in the recipe with monk fruit powder to taste. 1. Cinnamon Roll Cake for One | Low Carb, Keto, THM S, Sugar Free
I have to begin with my own cinnamon roll cake since it's already sweetened with monk fruit powder. I love to have this cake with it's yummy cream cheese icing for breakfast or dessert after a light low carb meal.
This is a heavy dessert, so keep in mind it will fill you up all on it's own. Cake for dinner anyone?
This recipe is egg free if you use an egg substitute. It's dairy free if you use a dairy substitute. It's nut free if you use the nut free version of the baking mix.
2. Briana Thomas Hot Chocolate Custard | Low Carb, Keto, THM S, Sugar Free
No dessert roundup is complete without chocolate desserts. Just substitute stevia for monk fruit powder, and this dessert is healthy for all.
If you have nut sensitivities, substitute coconut milk for the almond milk in the recipe. This recipe is not egg free. To make it dairy free, just leave off the butter as a topping. You can substitute a vegan butter instead.
Once again, this dessert is heavy protein with two eggs. It's good to eat with a low protein high fat or low carb meal. Or, you can have it as a snack or meal itself.
3. Briana Thomas Single Serve "Sugar" Cookie | Low Carb, Keto, THM S, Sugar Free
You can make this cookie with oat fiber as the flour. It's easy to whip up and tastes close enough to a wheat flour and sugar version to be very satisfying.
I like making a single serve cookie because I'll eat far too many cookies at a time if I have them. Although, this is a large size cookie.
This recipe is nut free, gluten and wheat free and vegetarian. It does contain dairy and eggs.
4. Joy Filled Eats 5-Minute Keto Ice Cream | Low Carb, Keto, THM S, Sugar Free
It doesn't get much easier than this recipe. I recommend organic cream if you use dairy cream.
To make this recipe vegan, just use coconut cream. It's dairy free that way. This recipe is nut free, egg free, and gluten / wheat free.
It's vegetarian if you use cream.
5. Thin Healthy Mama Skinny Chocolate | Low Carb, Keto, THM S, Sugar Free
Alternative sweetened chocolate is very expensive. Plus, it's almost impossible to find pure monk fruit sweetened chocolate. It's fast to make your own and you can use quality coconut oil, too.
This chocolate is a breeze to make. Plus, it freezes well. I usually make three batches, then add different flavors to have three different types. My favorites are regular, mint flavored, and peanut butter flavored.
I also sometimes add nuts to this chocolate. Beck and I prefer pecans.
This dessert is free of all common allergens when you make the basic recipe. It's also vegan.
6. It's Simple Keto No Bake Cookies in 5 Minutes | Low Carb, Keto, THM S, Sugar Free
Warning! Only make these cookies if you can limit yourself to two per serving. They're small and it's easy to eat too many at one time.
I've included this recipe because it's egg and dairy free, but it does contain nuts. It's also vegan if you replace the butter with vegan butter flavored coconut oil.
You can make these cookies nut flavored and chocolate easily. Just substitute monk fruit powder for the stevia.
7. Briana Thomas 5 Ingredient Raspberry Cheesecake Mousse | Low Carb, Keto, THM S, Sugar Free
If you're sensing a theme on Briana Thomas's desserts, then you'd be correct. Many of Briana's recipes only use stevia as a sweetener. You can easily substitute stevia for monk fruit powder. This is what I do because I'm allergic to ragweed, and because it's in the same family, also to stevia.
This tasty cheesecake mousse couldn't be easier. Plus, you can change the flavors by substituting strawberries or a flavoring such as lemon, chocolate, caramel, etc.
This dessert is vegetarian, egg free, and nut free. (All these desserts are gluten and wheat free.) It does have dairy.
