Why would you surround yourself with white light? By surrounding yourself with light, you increase your own energy field around your body. You surround yourself with positivity and protection.
It's easy, too. Read on to learn how to surround yourself with white light in seconds a day.
How Do I Surround Myself with White Light?
It's so easy to do! All you have to do is imagine yourself surrounded by rays of white light or see yourself entering a white cloud and being totally surrounded by it. Maybe you can think of another mental image that would work, too.
You an also use other senses to do the same purpose if you're not good at seeing things in your mind's eye. Maybe you take your hands and hold them out from your body and feel a strong energy field around your body while you know that it is filled with bright white light.
How Often Should I Surround Myself with White Light?
Just take a few seconds to surround yourself with white light several times a day. I like to do it when I wake in the morning and before I go to sleep at night.
A good goal is to get to the point where you go to surround yourself with white light and realize you're already surrounded.
It's easy to get to the point where you don't check anymore because each time you check you find you're surrounded with white light. However, it's best to make this a habit as the intensity of your light will eventually fade without conscious effort.
Benefits of Surrounding Yourself with White Light
I believe that by surrounding myself with light, I create my own energetic space. I call it Lisa's World. In that world, I focus on Best Possible Positive Outcome and create a world where goodness and light thrive.
I can then share that energetic aura with anyone who enters my energy field. By doing so, I not only increase my own positive energy, but I also contribute to the positive energy in the world.
Many times, I've seen the effects on the outer world of having a strong energy field full of white light that surrounds my body.
Push Negativity Away with Your White Light Aura
Years ago, while I was traveling with my friend Belinda, I first saw strong white light in action. We arrived at a Unity Church where I was going to speak and have a workshop. When we got out of the car, we noticed a man and a woman arguing loudly about 20 feet away from us. They were between us and the church.
Belinda said to me, "Maybe we should see if there's another entrance to the church. We don't know this place, and they seem unfriendly to say the least."
I thought about it for a minute and responded, "No, I think they'll move away from us as we move toward them. I don't think they can stand to be in our light." Belinda and I both surrounded ourselves in white light, and we knew our auras were strong, healthy, and positive.
As we moved toward the people, they continued to argue loudly and didn't even seem to notice us, but they began to also move toward the church. Step for step you could see them retreating as we moved forward.
They proceeded to move into the church and continued to move away from us, still arguing loudly. We found the church office and announced ourselves to the church secretary. She didn't even seem to notice the loud arguing that I could still hear in the office.
Later, Belinda and I compared notes and agreed our strong auras had kept the negativity of the people arguing away from us.
Since that time, I've observed countless similar examples. As you increase the strength of your own aura, you increase the field around your body where positivity reigns.
Is This All in Your Mind?
I like to think of myself as a rational person. So, if you're like me and need a few studies to make you feel like you're not donning a tin hat, here are a few of my favorites:
I've found the best way to calm my rational mind is to do the seeing is believing methodology. So basically, if there's no downside to trying something new, then try it and see what happens. I can then see how I feel, see if there are any observable changes as a result of the new actions, etc.
I've noticed an impressive number of positive changes when I surround myself with white light, and zero negative changes. For myself I've resoundingly answered the question of is it all in my mind? with a responding definitely not.
What's Your Experience with Surrounding Yourself with White Light?
We're stronger when we share experiences and learn from each other. What are your experiences when you surround yourself with white light? Have you been hesitant to do so for some reason, or are you just finding out about it? Please share in the comments so others may learn, too.
